    Update: I am still getting the black screen with audio and cursor after loading.

    I started a new account. On the same computer, I can log into the new account and successfully play. On my main account, I get stuck with a black screen, cursor and audio at what should be the home screen.

    Same computer, two different accounts. One can log in and play, the other can't. This must be a server side account related issue.

    Same error for me. I was on earlier today. Got kicked after an event match. Now, each time I log in, I get through loading, past waiting for server graphic, then I get a cursor, audio and a black screen at what would typically be the home screen. I reinstalled the client and patch and updated my vc_redistx.86.exe file per previous instructions I noted through forum search. Still nothing but the black screen with cursor and audio after loading.
