    I've tried everything in your " Technical Troubleshooting articles" so please stop suggesting that and provide a real solution.

    Same issue : can't login, it always says timeout (even though when my credentials are wrong, it amnages to check it in time)

    Just had the same bug : I lost one and won one game in non-ranke Play, and it made me loose 2 ranks.
