    Same issue here. Game boots up and does all the initializing stuff, then there is a waiting for server icon, then bam. black screen with music and cursor but nothing else.

    I bought both the preorder 50 packs (agree with others that state why have preorders when you can not deliver) and the mastery pass. I was able to get to level 3 (over many hours due to constant crashes), so that is similar to some others.

    I am relatively new to this game but very disappointed to see that the common theme here is that this has been a constant. Might be a warning sign not to invest any more cash into this game.
