    I have found a way to fix this for me.

    From the home screen I selected "play" and choose standard ranked. Then with the "plus" symbol I could select a deck and then there with the "plus" symbol I was able to make a new deck. When I went back to the deck section I was able to modify decks again. I also found a weird deck there but after I modified that one it was gone.

    I am having the same problem (macos). Since the release of zendikar I have not been able to play arena anymore. Is this already planned to fix and is there a timeline when a fix will be released?
