   I have this same problem but it is not just Vivien. It is all my achievement avatars. I cannot select any of them since none of my unlocked ones appear in my profile or deck screen.

   I also already tried the repair game files suggestion.

   I did a quick draft and went a total of 4-3. For the 4-1 portion I did not get progress but I did for the 0-2. Can I get credit for the 7 matches I played?
