    I had City of Fire and Disciples of the Inferno (backside of Invasion of Regatha) in play. I activated Pyre of the World Tree (backside of Invasion of Kaldheim) three times. I had the "auto-order replacement effects" setting OFF but was not given the option to choose the order of City of Fire's and Disciples of the Inferno's replacement effects. The first activation dealt 12 damage and the second and third dealt 8 damage each.
