I completely agree. If you offer a premium pack with a "guarantee" of a mythic rare, then you should never get anything worth less than a mythic rare. Getting something worth less than a mythic rare is a "feels bad" moment that is easily avoided by only allowing mythic rare wildcards to appear or just not providing wildcards.
I understand this information was made available up-front, but that doesn't mean it is good design.
I know I can't be alone in that I only purchased the packs to help finish my collection (which I finally got to 100%). And I will totally purchase these packs in the future if they fix this. If they don't, it's a little harder to justify the purchase.
I have over 100 rare WC's, getting more doesn't feel as awesome as getting literally any mythic rare.
