    I told customer service about my ranking not increasing. No results. It's been at least 2 months. Season ended and I got no rewards. If you look back I generally end between platinum or mythic and now I'm starting at bronze. All the lost rewards are frustrating and disappointing. Please fix this. Not much fun if you can't gain rewards from playing.
