I had a similar bug. I disconnected during my turn, so I restarted my client, and when it booted up I had an extra land on the board. I thought I had missed an entire turn, but in reality it was just a "phantom land".
It stayed on the board but I couldn't tap it for mana, which led to erroneous decisions, so it was kind of a bummer. :(
I don't have specific repro steps for this bug, but it's clear that the server still "knew" that the land wasn't real / on the battlefield, so I do wonder why my client couldn't correct itself.
