    I'm concerned that as the problem only seems to affect people reaching mythic the number of affected players may stay small enough that the voting system doesn't register it.

    I've resubmitted another bug report and will try and engage the customer service rep about it when they contact.

    Does anyone have any other ideas about how to raise the profile of the issue so it's actually addressed?

    Also slightly frustrating that I keep getting automated messages from Wizards customer support asking if I'm happy with the service I've received when nothing has been done to fix the issue!

    Same experience here. My theory is that the people affected by the bug are actually ending up matched with each other because I've definitely played people who have commented here!
