    As a person who cannot afford competitive paper Magic formats, Historic was my go to for scratching that itch and having a lovely time (minus Mystical Archives). I for one DO NOT support these proposed changes to Historic. Alchemy as an idea would be great for balancing and making the meta fresh and exciting from time to time IF it was limited to Standard, with the needed cards reverting to their paper forms when they rotate. I fear you WOTC will lose more than gain with this decision. So, for your profits, may I instead suggest you actively work towards making the client better for functionality and give players what they want: Pioneer, or just leave Historic alone. You give the Customer (also called Player) what they want, you get money in return. Shareholders happy, customer's happy. Everybody wins.
