    I have been getting the run around with support on this. We are coming up on the end of a second season in a row where I will not be getting any end of season rewards.

    Clearly they do not care about the players that this is affecting with:

    no public acknowledgement of the bug
    no estimate of when a fix might be coming
    no evidence that the issue is even being worked on in the first place
    A complete refusal to offer any kind of compensation

    It is beyond frustrating getting next to no help at all from WOTC on this. I want to spend more money on this game but what is even the point
