    just submitted a refund request and will send a note to the Washington state consumer affairs department if this isn't given. This company has something seriously wrong with it if they aren't at least communicating with the community about a serious, game breaking bug that's affecting lots folks -- many of whom have paid for it.

    same issue here. i've never seen a company care less about a serious game-breaking bug that appears to affect a non-trivial number of people. this fundamentally alters the value prop for me.. and having spent money on this, they need to address it asap.
