    Unfortunately, this appears to still be happening. 3 different times, I activated Instrument of the Bards with 4 Harmony counters. All 3 times, it only showed me 3 cards, none of which were 4 CMC. If I scrolled all the way to the end, it also showed me 1 land. The first 2 times, all 3 cards where 3 CMC. This last time, they were all over the board. Lost the game because I was spending all my mana to search an coming up empty every time.
