   I found a way to put it on any device. Go to this address and download these two file. Install the apk, then close the game out after it says some stuff. Then move the obb file into the android directory in files. android/obb/magic the gathering arena or what ever it says. then go back into the game and enjoy. it works for any android version.

   I can't play ranked games. Whenever I go to play a ranked game the play button is greyed out. The only option that is available to me are non-ranked "play" games. This is a new bug I have only experienced since the last update.
