I'm encountering the same issue- this one cost me my third loss in Ixalan Premier Draft, so I'm pretty steamed about it.

Happening again- I'm extrapolating from two data points, but it seems to happen right as I've turned a match around and the opponent is on the back foot. I also notice that when I close the game after these freezes, I don't get marked with a loss when I load it back up- maybe there's some bug that people are exploiting to not take losses for games they're about to lose?

Similar situation in Premier Draft Crimson Vow- clock ran down on opponent's first timeout, then it got stuck with no progress.

I've been consistently unable to join Jump In matches- matchmaking seems to work, matching me with a player and going to Waiting for Opponent, but six attempts in a row have ended with the queue timer running over a minute and then the game instantly going to a draw. Doesn't appear to happen in other formats, so it's unlikely to be a connection problem on either player's end.
