   I experienced the exact issue. I finished with 6 wins. The screen promted me to collect my gems and 5 packs. When I clicked the button the screen reverted to the start a new draft screen, and I had not received my gems or 5 packs.

   The packs are one thing, but the amount you value gems at, to lose a drafts worth of them is unacceptable.
