Adding the yearly "can we please have this all the time" comment.
It would be great to have a competitive queue that has slower gameplay, fewer 'i win the game if you don't have removal in hand right now' cards, and a wider range of decks that can hang with the top of the meta.
We already have the Starter Deck and Jump In queues that can be played with little to no investment currency-wise which allow players to get resources without spending money on the game. Anybody playing the big moneymakers, standard and draft, on Arena is likely there because they enjoy those formats, so there should theoretically be a fairly low risk to WOTC's bottom line while creating an environment that would probably pull in a large crowd of people playing pauper exclusively on MTGO.
