    I had similar problem. My old decks were suddenly mostly empty. As it turned out, they just had the wrong game format set in the deck details (click on the small deck box in the upper right). With the recent launch of Alchemy all of them were for some reason set to Alchemy format. I changed them back to Historic and they were again full and playable. This can also happen after rotation, you need to change your old Standard decks to Historic.
