Same happened to me, Amy the Amazonian has shown on her screen a graphical bug that shows this as well. This makes people spend wild cards to get cards they have. I have a number of cards I built decks around that are just GONE. Rankle being one of them. I have contacted them many times and NOTHING. They just don't care about the end user, even if we pay to play this game.

Same has happened to me. I grinded out a bunch of starter decks years ago which now show little to no cards owned. After a search this is pretty prevalent and affects cards bought with gems too. Glad I found this before I pulled the trigger on getting/using gems. Not gonna pay for pixels, especially when they'll just randomly disappear. I doubt they'll fix it after apparently 3 years either, despite being a major flaw to this kind of a game

i logged in after a while not playing.. now i have no cards.

I'm missing loads of old cards (still standard legal) from sets past. Not sure where they are, it just shows 0 copies owned. I have entire decks built around them. Several curses, rares, and mythics (I remember these more) I'm sure commons and uncommons but I don't remember all of those exactly. This is super frustrating and unacceptable considering some of those I earned while PAYING for drafting.

I have a similar problem with cards disappearing. I tried figuring it out... For instance, today I received a Zirda, the Dawnwaker card from a March of the Machines pack. It seemed interesting to build a deck around. When I went looking for it in my collection it, I couldn't find it without a format selected which it DEFINITELY SHOULD, right? When I looked in MTG: Gatherer, its listed as legal except for legacy. When I tried several other formats, it showed up in Explorer, Historic, and Direct Game, but not Alchemy or Standard. When I check the uncommon, rare, and mythic rarities and selected the March of Machines set while building a Direct Game I have 41 cards, when I change the deck building to standard I have 51... AND NEITHER includes the Zirda, the Dawnwalker card. When I change the search from March of the Machines to Ikoria Lair of Behemoths, the version of the card for March of the Machines shows up but not the version for Ikoria Lair of Behemoths.

I tried doing a comparison with MTG: gatherer to cross check and get a couple of other examples and they just list the cards too differently from one another. For instance the Gatherer lists both sides of a card as separate entries while area doesn't. I did not find the sorting combinations that got the cards to line up close to each other in the time I allocated.

My theory is that a programmer copied and pasted the new art over the old Ikoria Lair of Behemoths (or whatever set) entry in the MTG Arena files, included this (new art over old set entry) in the current pack sets... Effectively stripping players of their old art as well as their ability to play tons of cards in multiple formats. The one programmer has probably been doing it for awhile, which means the problem would show up sporadically since they started doing this particular job. I suspect they are not the only programmer entering cards for the set.

To be clear, I have checked my collection and made sure I'm not missing them due to set legality or anything like that.

I came back after about a 1-year hiatus and found nearly all the cards from my three most-played decks were missing entirely. Would really love for this to be resolved, as it's fairly difficult to invest time in a deck builder that loses entire decks of cards.

Desperate for an update, is the issue fixed? just came back after a few years and half my stuff is missing???

I had 2 cards of Tome Shredder, I crafted one extra and the game treath it as I have all 4. But if I try to put more than 2 in a deck, it give an error of missing cards

This is similar to the issue I am having, Ezikia (god of the tree) has vanished of the place of the planet along with triomes I spent my last wild cards on..

I pulled rabble rousing a couple of weeks ago, I was thinking of making a citizen deck using rabble rousing and found out that my rabble rousing was missing. I have found many other cards I thought I had have been missing for the past few weeks but this one card I just got. So I wasn't mistaken my cards are being removed from my account.

I want my cards restored.

It's crazy that now I have to take a screenshot of every pack I open. Just to make sure Wizard of the Coast isn't ripping me off, knowingly or not.

I played this game a while back and after deciding to come back to it, most of my decks aren't usable as I have a ton of missing cards. Did something happen that made it reset whatever cards I earned previously?

I had similar problem. My old decks were suddenly mostly empty. As it turned out, they just had the wrong game format set in the deck details (click on the small deck box in the upper right). With the recent launch of Alchemy all of them were for some reason set to Alchemy format. I changed them back to Historic and they were again full and playable. This can also happen after rotation, you need to change your old Standard decks to Historic.

Did this ever get resolved? I'm having the same issue.
