I forgot how **** obnoxious this game was. I quit arena for like half a year because I was furious with how the game behaves when you try to rejoin a game. My PC overheats sometimes when I'm running more than just arena and shuts itself down. It restarts no issue though and I'm logged back in within 15 seconds. I start arena and wait twice as long for it to load all the useless visual effects then it pauses when it says it's trying to rejoin the game. No matter how fast I reconnect, the program will always hang up at that point and not allow me to do anything. Then, after waiting the amount of time it would take for me to lose due to running out the timer, it all of a sudden starts responding again and I can normally exit the game from the defeat screen. The consistency with which it happens makes it feel like it must a "feature" rather than a bug. This has been happening since I've started playing arena, and is one of the major reasons I don't spend money on it. Why should I give them money in exchange for forcing me to lose because they can't fix their **** game.
