    As of the patch released on 6/2/2022 for PC, Teferi, Who Slows the Sunset will not tap or untap permanents with the +1 ability, life gain still occurs. The bug occurs regardless if I am targeting only my permanents or a mix of my own and opponent's permanents. The -2 ability still functions as normal.
