    Y'all need to look at the collection screen. From the deck page you can click 'collection' in the lower left corner and it will show you your full collection regardless of legalities. Some cards do disappear. I have had cards glitch out on me, too, but sometimes they're just not legal to play in any arena format and you have to find them in your collection, not the deck builder. Good luck!!
