This has been happening to me too! I thought I had my keyword broken or something, but it's a problem with Arena only. It keeps activating full control mode almost randomly. It makes the playing experience horrible.

I'm editing my opinion in here after finding how to fix it at least for me. In the Options>Gameplay menu, there's an option to hide alternate card styles during games. I had it checked, and it was as easy as unchecking it. However, I've asked about this issue at least four times and no one in support ever told me. Seeing how I haven't been the only one with this problem, I hope this solution can be helpful to someone.

Starting post complained this got reported "2 weeks ago", but it's been almost 2 YEARS and it's still unsolved. I've seen streams of players who got their styles displayed correctly, but there are still some of us who can't get to view their cards correctly, with no other solution than "we already know of this". That's a good first step, but what about a solution?
Yep, it seems to be that Trio Office application. When launching a keyboard tester, I tried double clicking and it triggered the Ctrl key, which when playing Arena has this annoying effect. Good we could solve it! Thank you!
