I'm having the exact same issue, i have sent a bug report to the support team (after fully uninstalling and reinstalling) and explained i just want them to forcefully resign me from the premier draft and i already got the rewards, but they are just giving me the run around. It seems like I have to wait until Dominaria is done as a set before the client will let me play Premier draft again, very painful.
