How do I get more people to see this? Here's a comment. I can't imagine that making the process as involved as it currently is is any more secure than just letting me do it from login (all of the information they requested would be accessible by anybody who was logged in to the account), and it wastes the time of the customer support team, who could better spend that time helping people with other, less trivial issues.
