   Oh well. 24 hours later, I search a bit (again...), realize you don't provide 32-bit installers anymore. Actually, for some strange reason, there's an EMPTY 32-bit installer always up-to-date. The ACTUAL link to get the ACTUAL latest msi installer is here.
