    "All this without counting the online MTG that there are"

    How to win on turn "0" or even enter the game and win or even better before entering the game and win? If someone explains it to me I could learn a little more about MTG.
    MTG: "hmm we need more aggro"
    MTG Worker: "Shall we put a turn 0 card that says win the game?"
    MTG Boss: "Very good." Boss proceeds to promote the worker.

    Me: "... ", click!
    The Innkeeper: "Welcome back!"
