    I think I figured out why this is happening. You'll always be offered at least one pack with no checkmark (the checkmark is shown when you hover over the pack on PC, or hold the pack for details on mobile). What's the meaning of the checkmark? The way it's currently working is to mark a pack that you picked once - EXACTLY once. If you pick a pack twice, the checkmark disappears and the pack may be offered in place of a unmarked one you never picked.

    It feels like the disappearance of the checkmark is not intended. Would love to heard feedback from WOTC.
