Jump In
I have played Jump In several times since Murders of Karlov Manor was released and have not been offered any of the new packets as my first selection - I was offered a new packet once as my second selection. I have played Jump In enough in the past that I should have received a choice of a new packet every time; according to your rules about packet selection.
Something similar happened for a few sets in the past where you would not get to choose a new packet sometimes. That seemed to be fixed for the last set or two. Now with MKM I can’t choose any of the new packets.
Please fix this bug so that Jump In can continue to be the great event that it is!

Agreed here, I just played the Jump In event and the packs offered are ALL definitely ones that I have selected in the past. Additionally no packs were offered from at least the last 2 sets which I have not selected and have the least collection %. Packet section history or logs appear to be not functioning properly or saved correctly. Disappointing

The same issue currently exists for the new Outlaws of Thunder Junction packets.
I was offered Expendables/Knights/Bittersweet and Resistance/Suspects/Vermin, so no of the new packets. I have drafted all the packs from the other sets before.
