I just had a similar issue. There were 2 circle of confinements on my opponent's board. I have Elish Norn Mother of machines in play. after resolving temporary lockdown the triggers were on the stack and I could not pass priority. After waiting for through all my timeouts, I got the ETB effects expected for the creatures coming in that were under the circle of confinements. After the Elish norn copy of the effect, and there was a only a guardian of new benalia shown under the temporary lockdown which had been under a circle of confinement, the circle of confinements were still visible on my opponents side including the same guardian of new benalia visible under one of them. An ETB effect from another creature under the other circle of confinement triggered for me, but the creature was not visible on my field.
