    Hello,

    That was the first thing I did, the Support Agent's response to my submission was to create this thread. They then advised me to monitor this thread for updates.

    I'll let them know that you have referred it back to them.

    Would love to know the answer to this ASAP as the event is ending soon and I'd like to get the packets I haven't chosen yet. However, if it doesn't work as stated I don't want to spend heaps of gold chasing them.
