    I now have the same problems. Until yesterday evening all worked fine. Now I got network issue on getting collection. But status page states all system operational.

    BTW: The note for troubleshooting tips was not helpful. I accept if there are problems after the launch, that would be normal. But basically you are saying that it is our fault. Really not helpful
