When using the "SCRY" Effect given by Crystal Grotto - It sometimes does not trigger "Council's Deliberation" - (When in graveyard, if you scry - exile this card to draw a card).
This sometimes triggers, but it is very rarely and is often not working correctly which has lost me quite a few games.
That being said - When played in these steps -
Round 1 - Mana
Round 2 - Crystal Grotto ---> Council's Deliberation
It DOES place Council's Deliberation ON the stack - to trigger FIRST - but then, once the SCRY effect finishes after - it doesn't give you your card.
I have had this trigger ONCE randomly - but again, inconsistent.
