    Playing lands with Omnath, Locus of the Roil does not trigger his landfall ability as it should. This has been happening just over the last 2-3 months, it worked properly before then. I just played a game where I had 10+ lands out, played a Genesis Ultimatum that put multiple lands into play, and I did not get any triggers to either put +1/+1 counters on an Elemental or draw cards. I even had an Elesh Norn, Mother of Machines out, which should have caused each land to trigger landfall twice. Nothing happened. This happens very frequently. It seems to happen a lot when there are many triggers happening at once and/or when I have a lot of lands (10+), though I may just be imagining both of these, as both conditions happen frequently with my current deck.
