To Wizard developpers and administrators :
This issue can be either server or database related.
Regarding servers, is cluster infrastructure sufficient enough to support the growing number of players ? (Load balancing, number of servers per cluster, …)
Regarding databases, is the free space sufficient enough for databases to work ? Or the maximum number of simultaneous connexions is sometimes reached ? (Verify database free space and verify database config).
N.B. : Depending on the kind of database (oracle, Postgres, Ingres, Mongodb), the config might be modified/checked differently.
I hope you will find a way to solve your servers or databases issues.
