This bug is still occurring, happened twice in two matches in a row with the same scenario.
T1 Shockland, Utopia Sprawl naming black
T2 Tap for mana, cast Dark Ritual, cast Beseech the MirrorThe first game, I had played a second land and trying to cursor over between the two lands and pressing the stack scroll arrows on the land did not allow me to select the Utopia Sprawl. The second game, knowing this happened, I attempted to cast Beseech before playing a second land to see if it would allow me to press on the arrows, but I still wasn't able to target the Sprawl as a bargain cost.

Just for clarification, this issue does not occur after 3 lands are on the controllers side of the battlefield; with that many lands out, you're able to cursor the lands by tapping to make them spread and then tap the enchanted lands arrows to give you the option to select Utopia Sprawl for bargain cost.
