    Please ignore my comment below, I completely goofed up using Fertelid's Favor. After selecting myself as the target player, I didn't realize I also needed to select my creature before hitting "Submit," it finally clicked for me after thinking about why it would say "Submit 0." I successfully selected a creature with this card today and I was able to place the +1/+1 counters, I think this bug can be marked Resolved.

    Issue still not resolved on iPad as of today. I really enjoy my +1/+1 stacking green/white deck and not having the full Favor effect is a bummer.
