Relaunch from Epic games launcher solved the games issues, able to play again, but freezes in all the menus.
Settings --> Report a Bug --> Validate Bundles worked partially but The Shop was still freezing.
Setting the graphics to medium resolved the shop freezing.
Everything seems to work now.
(I don't understand the total lack of help from the support as we're so many experiencing the exactly same problem and clearly due to the update. There's need for a patch, reinstall or something like that. If someone obtain a technical support from them, tell us)
