    No this card is broken and has been broken for a long time. It doesn't increase the cost of the opponents spells. it only increases the cost of your spells when its not your turn...

    makes no sense to be called defense grid if thats the way its supposed to work..

    here is proof the other player cast a card that cost 4 mana when they only had 4 mana.
