I discover this game, I encounter this problem, I read everything that is said about it (here and elsewhere) but I can't solve it. And finally I start to wonder why I should play a video game when its developers do not solve bugs that do not exist elsewhere that I do not even encounter in small indie games for less than 20€ /$ without MTX and released more than 5 years ago.
I should simply not play it and even less spend money on it as I naturally do elsewhere because I know that I will end up being annoyed and angry at what seems to be a good game that is worth it because of this kind of thing.
A bug that concerns the full screen mode is something that easily annoys players and can even convince some to stop the game before even starting the tutorial. Because if the game starts with such an annoying bug, how many others are present? How many times will I have to be frustrated by bugs that have not been fixed for months and how long will I have to deal with them while I have fun without any of this on countless other games?
This is why it should be urgent to fix this problem.
For me, I will go a little further than the tutorial to finish my discovery and I will probably wait to receive an email informing me of the resolution of the problem before creating this relationship of trust between me, the player, and you, the development studio, while spending my money on trusted games that give me pleasure without frustration.
EDIT :
just after the 5 first game from the tutorial, on the main screen, I encounter another bug. The audio and text dialogue alternates between French and English (I set French before that because I'm French and ofc I prefer my native language when it's possible like almost everyone else, especially for a discovery) as if all the sentences were not avaible in French... and same thing in other menu...
I'm done with this game for now and will pay more attention to the feedbacks before returning to it. I expect more than just bug fixes, but rather a change in your priorities that will be felt by your large community, and not just the fame associated with the real magic TCG.
It shouldn't be possible to make money with this level of quality of service. At this point the game should be limited to IOS and android to reduce the amount of work the developers have to do.
