    Mobilize should still trigger the ability, as the rules in mtg usually say that the controlling player can decide in wich order his own triggers go onto the stack.
    So -> Barrensteppe siege on the stack, then the sacrifices ontop of that stack -> work down the stack.
    The moment the Barrensteppe siege triggers the creatures have died and therefor tigger the enchantment.
