I know I already left a comment but I just found an option to skip the tutorial altogether and I still got all the rewards from doing that. Just go into options and then your account info and you'll see an option to skip the tutorial So that's cool, at least I didn't miss any of the rewards. But you should still fix this bug Wizards.

Yeah, same thing happened to me. 3 quick draft matches in FF but didn't get the 1000 gold reward. Tried to repair game files and played another game but still didn't register that I played a game. Definitely bugged.

A few of us have been having this problem now. Until they fix it there's no way to move on with the tutorial missions. Your best bet is to do what I did and that's to go into options, account tab, and then click on unlock all modes. It'll pass all of the intro/tutorial stuff and still give you all of the rewards. That's what it did for me. Hope this helps.
