While I am relatively new to Magic, I was playing MTG Arena yesterday and was doing just fine until they hit me with Enduring Tenacity/Bloodthirsty Conqueror infinite life gain combo. Literally sucks the life out of the game. Why is this legal in standard? I understand that "it's a part of the game", but what if it sucks? Thanks.
