    After idk how many tech support people, a tech support person told me this

    Hello,

    You can skip all the tutorial elements by selecting Adjust Options in the upper right and then Account. Select the Skip Tutorial option and confirm your choice, and you'll bypass the tutorial and Color Challenge. Please let us know if you continue to encounter issues after these steps.

    This worked. Somehow I had been playing Ranked and the other modes for months though...

    I just love how I lost access to Ranked and support is like "create an idea, a dev will definitely see it someday" on a website with 2 year old bugs that have not been fixed when it's an issue with my account.
