    I'm getting this on step 3 of the tutorial. But also it's seems my account data reset.

    Confirmed, that tutorial can be skipped, but then all my user data (cards, decks, etc) is gone, like I'm a new player.

    The tutorial is also blocked, as someone else posted, at least for me as well. I have both of these issues on android.
