    Having the same issues. Seems like an issue that has been going on for years with the only remedy to create a new account, which just seems like a terrible solution.

    I have never received a quest since starting the game a month ago. The timer appears in one slot, and never populates a quest. I have spent money on a Mastery pass that requires XP to unlock, but I can't earn XP through daily quests.
