    Additional note:

    I was not manually repeating actions or delaying the game. The entire chain of effects was triggered from a single action (activating an ability that put multiple creatures onto the battlefield at once).

    After that, all triggers resolved automatically, and I had no way to stop or shorten the sequence. The draw occurred during this automatic resolution, not because of repeated player input.
