    Same. Yesterday received a in-game mail to claim rewards due to double rank reset previous time, got 10 packs, empty, "ok" button. The day before i got some high-end card rewards (Force of Will was among them), unclear why I received them, but after checking, these cards were not added to my collection

    same issue, reported it (5167216 ) almost two days ago, got an automated reply 10 min later that says "issue you have reported has been sent up to the developers to review". Then nothing since. Then this morning I got a mail with a survey to rate my experience with the customer service lol. Then when I logged in the game made me download 1.5 Gb but the issue wasn't fixed after that. Will check again later today...
