End of Season Reward and Rank Reset Error

Hi,

Yesterday, at the end of the season, I logged on to MTGA on my iPad. I was given my rewards correctly (6 packs +2K gold for getting plat in both limited and constructed), and was demoted to gold/silver. No surprises there.

Today, I logged in on my computer, and it gave me my season rewards again! This time, I was given 3 mystery packs, which had no cards in them, and demoted to bronze in both constructed and limited. Seems to have demoted me twice.

    same issue, reported it (5167216 ) almost two days ago, got an automated reply 10 min later that says "issue you have reported has been sent up to the developers to review". Then nothing since. Then this morning I got a mail with a survey to rate my experience with the customer service lol. Then when I logged in the game made me download 1.5 Gb but the issue wasn't fixed after that. Will check again later today...

    6/1の夜にモバイルでリミテッドを楽しんでいたところ日付が切り替わる付近で2度目のシーズンリセットされゴールドからブロンズランクに下げられました。
    プロフィールを確認すると7月となっており、何らかの理由で6月が飛ばされてしまった様子でした。

    Same here. Season reset on first login in the PC, and then a second reset upon first login with the Mobile Phone.

    Happened to me as well. Finished #30 in Constructed at end of May, my rank reset to platinum as expected, and then it reset a second time back to silver.

    Same thing happened to me after grinding from plat->diamond day of the season reset :(

    This also happened to me, my packs went away and it put me in the July ranked season. In addition, after this happened, the Mastery Pass rewards I would have received did not show up in my inventory. For whatever reason I am unable to upload my logs here, it will not submit

    I had a similar issue, but I didn't even got my rewards.
    I had opened the arena just to check if I got my play points for the Mythic limited, (one day before I was on mythic 777). I opened the app, showed mythic tier one and showed new rank platinum (not sure which). I closed straight away the phone. This morning I opened the app, showed showed the platinum and one second later, appeared my new rank as silver.
    I don't care too much for the boosters that I lost, but I'd like my play points.

    Just experienced the same thing. Three mystery packs, and it says I'm now in a 59 day long July season.

    Just happened to me as well. Got my correct end of season rewards, went back down to silver 4. worked up to gold 2 this morning during lunch, then signed in after work and it "rewarded me again" and I'm back to silver. I cant even open the mystery packs
