End of Season Reward and Rank Reset Error
Hi,
Yesterday, at the end of the season, I logged on to MTGA on my iPad. I was given my rewards correctly (6 packs +2K gold for getting plat in both limited and constructed), and was demoted to gold/silver. No surprises there.
Today, I logged in on my computer, and it gave me my season rewards again! This time, I was given 3 mystery packs, which had no cards in them, and demoted to bronze in both constructed and limited. Seems to have demoted me twice.

Well we all are in the same boat i guess, i submited a ticket last week and still no news so idk, i was hit already last month by this bug (double derank) and now my rank wont move and i didnt get any reward.

This issue isn’t resolved But their IT department just keeps marking requests to fix it as resolved.
Keep reopening your requests.
Eventually they’ll figure out how to fix it. -

same here, at the start of june double reset ranking and now no reward from mythic rank and stuck on this rank

Same. Yesterday received a in-game mail to claim rewards due to double rank reset previous time, got 10 packs, empty, "ok" button. The day before i got some high-end card rewards (Force of Will was among them), unclear why I received them, but after checking, these cards were not added to my collection
